Ask Carla a Question

I really want you to understand this work, gaining this wisdom can be life-changing. I also know there is a lot to understand in this course; that's why I want you to be able to ask questions.

However, for legal reasons and care standards I can only answer general educational questions. If your question is about your specific body, please see your chiropractor or healthcare provider — they know your history and are the right person to help.

Here is how to ask a good general question and gain the most from this:

* Frame your question around concepts, not your body. For example;
   "Why might someone feel pressure during this movement?"
   "What's the difference between bracing and breathing in a squat?"
   "Can you explain the concept of pelvic floor loading?"

* Examples of questions I cannot answer:
   "I feel pain when I do this exercise — what should I do?"
   "My practitioner said I have a prolapse — can you help?"

Do not share personal symptoms, pain, injuries, or diagnoses

By recording, you acknowledge this is a general question and consent to temporary audio storage. Questions will be answered with in 5 business days via email and shared in the Q&A Library anonymously.

I will not share personal health info.
